I’ve done a bunch of work on AI evaluations in the past, and one of the things that always stood out is how many times an AI would pass a coding evaluation and then you’d add property-based tests and find that a substantial fraction of its solutions now failed (this is, to be fair, also the experience of humans writing code and property-based testing it for the first time).
